Open Water Anchor & Mooring Systems
SeaWolf provides Anchor Chain and Mooring Line Inspections and Replacement, as well as Service Life Inspections.
We maintain a wide variety of systems, e.g. some use chain, rope and chain. We also clean the bouys – sea life, such as barnacles and clams, can buildup creating a great deal of extra weight.
We recently inspected a mooring chain that was so degraded
it was down to less than ½ inch in diameter!

* Please Note: OPEN-CELL FOAM FLOATS HAVE BEEN BANNED due to the degradation and harm to our environment and sea life. It turns into little beads – then fish and birds eat it and they die.
We can customize open-water and mooring systems to your needs. We drill into the ocean floor bedrock, then bolt and attach a mooring line. For open-water mooring in sandy silt, we use blocks and attach a mooring line.
